ICYMI: NY Comedy Festival Sees Bill Maher, 2 Dope Queens Among Headliners
More than 200 comedians will perform in more than 60 shows this year, organizers say.

QUEENS, NY — The annual New York Comedy Festival recently announced the lineup for its 13th run, with more than 200 comedians performing in more than 60 shows throughout New York City from Tuesday, Nov. 7 through Sunday, Nov. 12.
Big names on the roster include Bill Maher, Kevin Smith, Chris Hardwick, 2 Dope Queens (Phoebe Robinson and Jessica Williams), Nick Offerman, truTV’s The Impractical Jokers and former Obama speechwriter Jon Lovett.
The festival runs for five days across more than 20 venues throughout the city’s five boroughs, according to the festival website. Such venues include the Beacon Theatre, The Bell House and Theater at MSG. Pre-sale tickets for Citi card members opens Wednesday, Aug. 9 through Sunday, Aug. 13 using pre-sale code FNYCF. General admission tickets go on sale Monday, Aug. 14 at 10 a.m.
Past festivals have seen presentations from such comedians as Adam Sandler, Kathy Griffin, Gabriel Iglesias, Bill Burr, Craig Robinson and The Nasty Delicious, Billy Crystal, John Mulaney, Hannibal Buress, Lewis Black and a bounty of others.
