Police IDs Teen Found Fatally Shot In The Head Inside Queens Home

QUEENS, NY — Police have identified a teenager found fatally shot in the head in a Queens home last week.

Officers found Jonathan Adams with a gunshot to the head inside 172-09 108th Ave. on Oct. 16, police announced on Monday.

He was taken to Jamaica Hospitals Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

What led up to the shooting is not known at this time. A description of a possible suspect was not readily available.

Additional details into the incident have not been released.

No arrests have been made yet. An investigation remains ongoing.
