Queens' Carol Coleman Has Been Supporting First-Time Moms For 20 Years

QUEENS, NY— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

What makes your Mom extra special?
My mother has been working with first-time moms in her community for 20 years. She has been helping them and their families successfully navigate their pregnancy up to their child’s second birthday. She truly loves working with the mothers and children.
Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?
She has unselfishly made time for the families she works with, ensuring that they have the education, tools and resources needed to support them to be successful parents to their children.
