QUEENS – A choir group from a Corona elementary school was selected to perform on NBC’s Christmas special airing next week.

Access Hollywood host Mario Lopez announced Tuesday that Corona’s PS 14Q Fairview School Choir was chosen by “The Kelly Clarkson Show” to perform on the network’s “Christmas in Rockefeller Center” on Nov. 29.

“Our choir embodies the school’s mission to create a community where students, parents, and staff work together to inspire leaders who innovate, own their learning, and empower one another so we can be our best selves,” said Co-Choir Directors Luanna Lusso and Dr. Angelica Ortega from PS 14Q.
