Queens Teacher Selected By Scholastic To Help With Education Solutions

QUEENS — A South Ozone Park teacher was selected as a Scholastic fellow to help the children’s publishing company provide education solutions for students K-12.
Anjuli Dyal, a kindergarten and first-grade teacher special education teacher at P.S. 121 Q, was chosen by Scholastic as a 2022-2023 fellow, joining 12 others in the cohort.
“We are thrilled to welcome these twelve educators into the Scholastic family to share their diverse experiences and critical perspectives,” Amanda Alexander, chief academic officer at Scholastic, said.

The fellowship will last through July 2023. Dyal will help with product development, research, and K-12 initiatives for the Education Solutions division.
Dyal will complete a capstone project that will be showcased at a summit in Scholastic’s NYC headquarters at the end of the program.

She will also receive a stipend of $2,000 and at least $500 retail value of books and materials from Scholastic. Dyal was the only teacher chosen in the state of New York.
