  1. Two sleeping men were robbed by a group of teens on the train early Wednesday morning. The victims — a 30-year-old and a 26-year-old who were traveling together — were sleeping on a southbound No. 7 train near Queensboro Plaza when the four teenagers approached and put the older man in a headlock. According to police, the suspects made off with a cell phone and wallet from the older man, as well as sunglasses from the younger victim. (New York Post)
  2. The Queens Night Market has announced its opening dates for the 2022 season. Beginning Apr. 16, the market will be returning to Flushing Meadows Corona Park on Saturdays from 5:00-12:00 a.m. as part of a special sneak peek. To counter traffic and capacity issues, a limited number of $5 tickets are available for the Apr. 16 and 23 markets; however, markets starting May 7 are free and open to the public. (6Sqft)
  3. A fire broke out in an apartment building in Briarwood on Wednesday morning, injuring four people. Just after 1:15 a.m., the fire broke out on the fifth floor of an apartment building on Hoover Avenue. Four residents were treated for non-life-threatening injuries; the cause of the fire is under investigation. (WABC-TV)
