The car then continued into the intersection where it crashed into the front of a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder, which was carrying three people and traveling westbound on 101 Avenue crossing over 121 Street. The driver was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in critical condition and the incident is being investigated by NYPD’s Highway Collision Investigation Squad. (Spectrum News NY1)

The firefighter, 32-year-old Victor Munoz, was stopped by police near the intersection of Center Boulevard and 50th Avenue at around 11:00 p.m., by Gantry Plaza State Park.
