  1. The Subway Series has returned! The New York Mets and New York Yankees will meet at Yankee Stadium for a two-game series today (Monday, Aug. 22) and tomorrow (Tuesday, Aug. 23.). Tickets are still available as of the time of this writing. You can pick up tickets for Monday's game here and Tuesday's game here. (Spectrum News NY1)
  2. After Friday's deadly ATV and 18-wheeler crash, two NYPD officers have been placed on modified duty for possibly chasing the ATV. The ATV had been stolen and, according to police, the two people riding it were heading in the wrong direction before hitting the tractor-trailer. The driver of the semi-truck was not hurt. (WABC-TV)
  3. The NYPD is searching for a man who allegedly inappropriately touched a woman as she was exiting a Queens subway station. The victim was exiting the Sutphin Boulevard and Hillside Avenue station in Jamaica around 4:20 p.m. when the suspect approached from the opposite direction and grabbed her breasts as he passed her. Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). (Audacy)
