Suspect Sucker Punched Mom In NYC Station, Police Say
The 38-year-old victim was with her one-year-old son during the incident.
QUEENS, NY — Police have arrested a man who allegedly suckered punched a mother while she was carrying her son inside a New York City subway station earlier this week.
The incident happened on Monday inside the Queens Boulevard and 71st Avenue station in Forest Hills, police said.
A 38-year-old woman was walking inside the station with her one-year-old son when the suspect came up and punched her in the side of her head, according to a AMNY report.

The woman and child were left injured following the incident.
Police on Thursday arrested Shane Harrison, 29 at the 179th station in Jamaica. He has been charged with reckless endangerment and two counts of assault, according to the report.
