Suspect Slashes 2 Men At NYC Subway Station: Police

QUEENS, NY — Police are searching for a man who slashed two men inside a Queens subway station in separate incidents minutes apart on Wednesday.

The NYPD released surveillance images of the suspect on Thursday.

The incident happened inside the Union Turnpike-Kew Gardens subway station around 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 19, police said.

The suspect is accused of approaching a 42-year-old man and slashing him from behind with a sharp object. Minutes later, a 50-year-old man was slash in the face by the suspect.

The 42-year-old man was taken to New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital, and the 50-year-old was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/Elmhurst.

The suspect fled the scene and is still at large. No arrests have been made.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black shoes.
