Three Holiday Season Shows Are Coming To Queens Theatre

Queens Theatre is hosting three holiday season shows starting next week, running through December and starting at $18 per ticket.

QUEENS – Queens Theatre is hosting three holiday season shows starting next week, running through December, and starting at $18 per ticket.

Starting on Sunday, the theatre will showcase “In the Year of the Boar and Jackie Robinson” presented by Honolulu Theatre For Youth, which tells the story of a Chinese family moving to the U.S. in 1947. Tickets for the show start at $18, with bundles of four priced at $60.

On Dec. 4, the theater will present "The Lightning Thief," an adaptation of the Greek mythology-inspired book by Rick Riordan that follow the character Percy Jackson on his journey to Mount Olympus. Tickets for the show start at $18, with bundles of four priced at $60.

The last show, running from Dec. 10 to Dec. 11, will be "Calpulli Mexican Dance Company’s Navidad: A Mexican-American Christmas."

The presentation tells the story of a young person living between their family’s past in Mexico and their present life in New York City. Tickets start at $25, with bundles of four priced at $90.
