Rachel Honeyman is a martial artist with over 8 years of experience in self-defense-oriented training. She’s practiced a wide range of martial arts, has taught dozens of women and girls the same practical self-defense skills taught in this course. Rachel is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Israel Cruz.

About Israel Cruz:
Israel Cruz is an Army combat veteran and retired NYPD detective who was responsible for teaching tactical training to tens of thousands of NYC police officers. He’s a highly skilled martial artist with many certifications, including two black belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
