Rachel is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Israel Cruz.

About Israel Cruz:
Israel Cruz is an Army combat veteran and retired NYPD detective who was responsible for teaching tactical training to tens of thousands of NYC police officers. He’s a highly skilled martial artist with many certifications, including two black belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
