Long Beach Closures In Observance Of Yom Kippur
The Jewish holiday runs from sundown Friday until sundown Saturday.
LONG BEACH, NY — In observance of Yom Kippur, the City of Long Beach has announced the following closures.
Friday is a day off at City Hall. The Recreation Center and Magnolia Center will close at 4 p.m. on Friday and remain shut on Saturday.
The Ice Arena will have normal hours.

However, the LB buses will run on a holiday schedule. There will be residential and commercial sanitation pickup in Long Beach.
