Construction Workers Warned for Lack of Flag Men

The company working on the water main on Purchase Street and Cedar Street did not have enough flagmen, acccording to police. The work and lack of the flagman created an unsafe condition with the traffic pattern. The foreman was advised he will be shut down if the condition arises again.
