Counterfeit Bills Reported on Purchase Street

La Pain Quotidien reported that a man passed counterfeit bills in their store and left the area in a black Ford Explorer on June 6 at 6:11 p.m. Police canvassed the area but did not find the suspect.

A Smoothie King employee also reported that a man who fit the same description, white and heavy-set, passed a counterfeit bill at that store as well on June 6 at 6:21 p.m.

A complainant reported that his bike was stolen from the bike rac at Rye High School on June 6 at 3:52 p.m.
