Besides visiting Playland for her Daydream record's platinum party and the Fresh Air Fund's Camp Mariah, you might remember that Carey was spotted visiting Playland and riding the coaster with her kids back in 2019. The park posted back then: "You never know who you'll find at Playland Park!"

You might also remember that Carey filmed and directed the 1995 music video "Fantasy," for her No. 1 hit single at Playland. In the video, Carey can be seen rollerblading near the boardwalk entrance, riding the Dragon Coaster, and dancing on top of cars. In the song's remix version, O.D.B. can be seen performing on the boardwalk with a clown tied to a lamppost behind him.

You can go back in time almost 30 years and watch Carey's video here:

The Westchester County park has also been featured in several movies and tv shows over the years, including "Fatal Attraction," "Big," "The Beaver," "Sweet and Lowdown" and "Billions."
