Longford's ice cream scooper Emily Toppo, a 16-year-old Rye High School resident, shows us how to make the special "Rye" ice cream sundae offered at their shop on Elm Street.
The popular summer treat consists of two scoops of Mud Pie ice cream, Oreo crunchies, chocolate fudge, whipped cream and a cherry. Toppo said the shop has been busier over the last two weeks on hot days and she and other staff are preparing for a busy summer season.
