‘Law and Order SVU’ Filmed in Rye Monday

 The stars of NBC’s “Law and Order, SVU” were in Rye filming an episode set to air May 15 yesterday, according to the Deputy City Clerk Diane Moore.

Kelli Giddish, Danny Pino, 20 background actors and a crew of 60 were downtown and at the Coveleigh club for the filming. They also filmed at Rye’s Al Dente and Great Stuff.

The episode, titled “Traumatic Wounds,” is scheduled to air on Wednesday, May 15 at 9 p.m.

Rye is often used as a filming location for television shows and movies. This fall, Kevin Bacon's FOX drama "The Following" and NBC's were filmed downtown.
