Man Reports Car Stolen, Finds It Where He Parked It

A man reported that his vehicle was stolen from Car Park 4 on School and Smith streets on Sept. 10 at 2:44 p.m. It turned out he had just forgotten where it was parked.

Police Assist Confused Train Rider

Rye police received a report of a male in a suit and tie acting irrational and seemingly drunk who was kicked off the Metro-North train on the northbound side, on Sept. 9 at 7:11 p.m. The police assisted the man back on his correct train.
