 The Planning Commission has approved the final site plan for a restaurant at 67 Purchase Street at Rye Mall. The applicant, Lucamas Inc., hired CAH Architecture and Design, LLC to develop plans for the 2,457 square-foot place, that is currently referred to Encore Bistro.
They plan to be open for lunch and dinner, representatives told the Commission at their last meeting. They have been approved for interior demolition and renovation of the space, which is about one quarter of the 8,700 square-foot building.
