A man reported that his phone was taken from Starbucks on Sept. 10 at 5:42 p.m.

Police Called for Beggar

Police transported a man who was reported for begging for money on Milton Road and Oakland Beach Avenue on Sept. 9 at 11:11 a.m. to the Mamaroneck line where he was to take a bus to the Bronx.
