Emergency Responders Help Retrieve Phone Fallen in Sewer

Members of the Rye police and fire departments helped a resident retrieve a cell phone that she accidentally dropped in the sewer at Elm Place and Purchase Street on Aug. 23 at 5:07 p.m.

 Bicyclist Injured on Playland Parkway
A caller reported a bicyclist down and bleeding heavily on Playland Parkway and Charlotte Street on Aug. 25 at 2:29 p.m. EMS transported the biker to Greenwich Hospital.

Injury at Rye Grill and Bar
A caller reported a patron of Rye bar and grill fell down the stairs and broke her wrist on Aug. 25 at 2:07 p.m. EMS responded.
