From Rye City Police: The seasonal ban on street parking commonly known as the "beach ordinance" is now in effect, as of May 1st, in the area bounded by Apawamis Avenue on the north, the Blind Brook on the west, and Milton Harbor/Long Island Sound on the south and east.
