Rye Brook Resident Gets Summons for Barking Dog

Rye Brook police say the dog was barking incessantly while no one was home.

On Sept. 23 at 12:01 p.m. a neighbor reported a dog nuisance. A dog in the backyard of a Tamarack Road home was barking incessantly for more than ten minutes, which is a noise ordinance violation, police said. The dog was found to be left outside when the resident was not home so the resident was issued a summons, police said.
