Rye Women Reports Missing Jewelry

A Manursing Avenue woman reported that jewelry was stolen from her home and the only people who had been in the home were her nanny and a relative of the nanny, whom the family did not know. She filed the report on Feb. 21 at 2:17 p.m.

Past Burglary Reported

Police received a report of a burglary in the past on Overdale Road on Feb. 28 at 5:27 p.m.

Fraud Offenses Reported at Wainwright House 

A fraud was reported at Wainwright House on Feb. 21. Police received a report that an employee's son was stealing checks and cashing them under his name.

Bike Stolen

A Rye resident reported that her son’s bike was stolen on Feb. 26 at 5:24 p.m.

 Purse Reported Stolen

A Rye resident reported that her purse she left at Cosi and it was then stolen on Feb. 27 at 12:32 p.m.

Truck Stuck Under Bridge

A truck got stuck under the bridge on Playland Parkway and Boston Post Road on Feb. 26 at 6:51 p.m.
