2 Credit Cards Stolen From Home Used At Stores In Farmingville: Police

The suspect is white, around 40 to 50 years old, has a tattoo on his right forearm and left the stores on a bicycle, cops say.

FARMINGVILLE, NY — A male suspect used two stolen credit cards to make multiple purchases at several stores in Farmingville in June, Suffolk police said.

The cards, which had been previously been stolen from a home on Waverly Avenue in Farmingville, were used at Gaurav Wine and Liquors, Family Dollar, and Fine Fair Supermarket on June 13 and 14, according to police.

The man, who was described as around 40 to 50 years old, has a tattoo on his right forearm and left the stores on a bicycle, police said.

In a surveillance image released by police, the suspect can be seen wearing a maroon baseball cap, dark-colored t-shirt, jean shorts, black sneakers, and white socks.

The crime has been classified grand larceny, according to a police crime alert.
