80s Rock Acts Lita Ford, Warrant Part Of Summer Lineup On Long Island

The iconic acts are best known for songs like "Cherry Pie," "Heaven," "Kiss Me Deadly," and "Close My Eyes Forever."

FARMINGVILLE, NY — The iconic 80s rock acts, Warrant, Lita Ford, and FireHouse will play Aug. 10 at Catholic Health Amphitheater at Bald Hill in Farmingville, according to the lineup released Wednesday.

In her solo career Ford, who got her start as a teen in the 70s playing guitar for The Runaways, is best known for songs like "Kiss Me Deadly" and "Close My Eyes Forever," a duet with former Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne.

Warrant is best known for songs like, "Cherry Pie," Heaven," and "Down Boys," and FireHouse for "Love of a Lifetime."

This summer's lineup also includes Walker Hayes of "Fancy Like" fame on July 6, and the Buena Vista Orchestra on Aug. 25.

The Freestyle Feast will also be returning to the hill.
