Sachem North's Broadway Night

The drama club at Sachem High School North will host Broadway Night, a student run cabaret June 4.

Students come up with sketches that are in between different musical numbers, which the students pick from Broadway shows. The musical numbers are either solos or small group numbers that are auditioned for or large groups numbers that are in every Broadway Night. 

"Broadway night provides our students the opportunity to challenge themselves by performing songs that would not typically be found in our productions," said Jon Chiaramonte, the drama adviser at North. "Having a variety of songs also enables our audiences to experience a true cabaret-style production right here in Sachem."
