FARMINGVILLE, NY – All five JVC Broadcasting radio stations will broadcast live from the Brookhaven Town Hall lobby to promote the town’s Interface Toy Drive on Dec. 10.

All the personalities from My Country 96.1, LI News Radio 103.9, Party 105, La Fiesta 98.5 and Oldies 98.1, will be present to greet the generous “Kris Kringles” who will arrive to donate toys. The event is from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and open to the public.

The town requests that anyone who stops by to donate a new, unwrapped toy and help bring joy to a child for a family in need as they open a gift during the holiday season.

At last year’s abbreviated COVID-19 toy drive, residents donated thousands of toys, ranging from board games and dolls to toy trucks and bicycles, according to the Town of Brookhaven.

“Thanks to our Youth Bureau and JVC Broadcasting we are going back to our normal Toy Drive at town hall,” Town Supervisor Ed Romaine said in a statement. “Over the years, generous residents of Brookhaven Town have helped so many children enjoy a Merry Christmas and this year is even more special. I urge everyone to come down to Town Hall, join
in the festivities and donate toys for this great cause.”
