New York Lottery Powerball Jackpot Climbs To $295 Million

LONG ISLAND, NY — The Powerball jackpot set for Wednesday night has climbed to $295 million, New York Lottery officials said.

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69 with the red Powerball drawn from a separate field of one to 26. The drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.

One of two $50,000 tickets was sold on Saturday at a store in Selden.

In a separate drawing, the Mega Millions jackpot has climbed to $233 million.

That drawing will be held on Friday.
