Police Seeking Man Who Burglarized Ronkonkoma Home

A reward is being offered for info leading to an arrest.

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who they say burglarized a home in Ronkonkoma last month.

According to police, the man pictured above broke into a residence on Garrity Avenue and stole $1,500 on Aug. 31 at about 5 p.m. The man fled from the house, walked through North Fork Express, located on Hawkins Avenue, and then headed toward the Ronkonkoma Long Island Rail Road Station.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about these incidents can contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, texting “SCPD” and your message to “CRIMES” (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. All calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential.
