- Peggy Spellman Hoey writes that Suffolk Police Officer Vincent Pelliccio, who died in a car crash in Selden on Nov. 8, was laid to rest Wednesday in Coram. The 30-year-old Ronkonkoma resident was off-duty when he died in a car crash. He was remembered for battling cancer and his dedication to his career. (Patch)
