Proceeds will go to the school's largest donation drive.

The Sachem community is set to ring in the holiday season this weekend with the Festival of Trees and Lights.

The holiday event, which will be held at Sachem North High School on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., is organized by the Sachem North Leos Club.

Featuring a wide variety of decorations designed and produced by student clubs and organizations, the event will have local craft vendors, a Chinese auction and live entertainment. Some of the decorations made by student clubs include trees, wreathes, gingerbread houses and garlands - representing a wide variety of cultures and nationalities.
