School Bus Driver Suffers Medical Event In Suffolk: Police

LAKE RONKONKOMA, NY — Suffolk police responded to an incident aboard a school bus after the driver suffered a medical event in Lake Ronkonkoma on Thursday afternoon, a spokeswoman said.
It happened at around 12:30 p.m. on Fern Drive aboard a bus carrying students, police confirmed. It is not clear whether the bus was involved in a crash or if anyone was injured.
