Police ID Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash on LIE

LAKE RONKONKOMA, NY – A man died after his motorcycle crashed into a guardrail on the Long Island Expressway in Lake Ronkonkoma Wednesday night.

According to Suffolk Police, 46-year-old Eric Garrison was riding a 1998 Harley Davidson westbound on the LIE near Exit 60 when his motorcycle veered off the roadway and struck the guardrail at about 9:15 p.m.

Garrison, of Ronkonkoma, was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
