Suffolk Arrest Report: Sept. 10
A snapshot of some recent arrests throughout the county.
SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.
A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.
First Precinct

- Sept. 8: Justin Zamani, 41, of Amityville was arrested in Amityville and charged with assault with the intent to cause physical injury with a weapon.
- Sept. 8: Bobby Morant, 55, of Bohemia was arrested in North Amityville and was charged with second-degree robbery and petit larceny.
- Sept. 7: A 17-year-old girl from West Babylon was arrested in West Babylon and was charged with second-degree strangulation.
Second Precinct
- Sept. 8: Daniel Dallolio, 38, of West Babylon was arrested in Huntington and was charged with assault with the intent to cause serious physical injury.
- Sept. 5: Moises Ulloaflores, 48, of Huntington was arrested in Huntington and was charged with forcible touching.
Third Precinct

- Sept. 8: Darryl King, 33, of Bay Shore was arrested in Bay Shore and was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a firearm.
- Sept. 8: Marcel Sepulveda, 55, of Central Islip was arrested in Central Islip and charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance: amusement/profit.
- Sept. 7: Justin Wright, 32, of Bay Shore was arrested in Bay Shore and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: hallucinogen with intent to sell.
- Sept. 7: Rigoberto Campos, 33, of Central Islip was arrested in Central Islip and was charged with assault with the intent to cause injury with a weapon.
- Sept. 6: Julio Ramos, 49, of Brentwood was arrested in Brentwood and was charged with driving while intoxicated. He has been previously convicted of DWI within the last 10 years, according to the charge.
Fourth Precinct
- Sept. 4: Jennifer Granger, 41, of Commack was arrested in Commack and was charged with driving while ability impaired. She has a prior conviction within the last 10 years, according to the charge.
- Sept. 2: Joseph Fiorelli 42, of East Patchogue was arrested in Nesconset and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. He has a prior conviction within the last 10 years, according to the charge.
- Aug. 26: Justin Aken, 23, of Ronkonkoma was arrested in Ronkonkoma and was charged with forcible touching. He touched someone on an intimate part of their body, according to the charge.
Fifth Precinct
- Sept. 8: Charles Tomasky, 68, of Holbrook was arrested in Holbrook and was charged with assault with the intent to cause physical injury with a weapon.
- Sept. 8: Gregory Sargent, 34, was arrested in Patchogue and was charged with assault with the intent to cause injury with a weapon.
- Sept. 5: Roderick Massey, 33, of New York City was arrested in Sayville and was charged with second-degree assault. Massey injured someone over the age of 65, according to the charge.
- Sept. 5: Shariff Whitty, 39, of Medford was arrested in Patchogue and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Whitty had a narcotic with the intent to sell it, according to the charge.
- Sept. 5: Blake Duncan, 38, of Coram was arrested in Patchogue and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Duncan had a narcotic with the intent to sell it, according to the charge.
Sixth Precinct
- Sept. 6: John Borkowski, 33, of Centereach was arrested in Lake Ronkonkoma and was charged with seven counts of fourth-degree grand larceny for possessing a stolen credit card.
Seventh Precinct
- Sept. 9: Richard Nocella, 26, of Mastic was arrested in Shirley and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Nocella has a prior conviction within the past 10 years, according to the charge.
- Sept. 8: Michael Delvecchio, 28, of Medford was arrested in Shirley and was charged with four counts of third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
- Sept. 7: Kenneth Hughes, 33, of Riverhead was arrested in Shirley and was charged with third-degree burglary.
