SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.

First Precinct

  • Sept. 1: John Cusumano, 38, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Lindenhurst on a charge of second-degree conspiracy.
  • Sept. 1: Rafael Denarski, 38, of Amityville, was arrested in Amityville on a charge of second-degree conspiracy.
  • Aug. 31: Bernie Tayler, 50, of Amityville, was arrested in Amityville on a charge of second-degree conspiracy.
  • Aug. 31: Darell Baldwin, 44, of Freeport, was arrested in North Amityville on a charge of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to sell.
  • Aug. 30: Tesean Henry, 18, of Wyandanch, was arrested in Wyandanch on a charge of third-degree criminal possession of stolen property: value of property more than $3,000.
  • Aug. 29: Eric Nickola, 58, of Dix Hills, was arrested in Lindenhurst on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 28: Brandon Morris, 22, of North Amityville, was arrested in North Amityville on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 27: Nicole Russell, 39, of North Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon on a charge of third-degree grand larceny.

Second Precinct

  • Aug. 31: Anthony Marston, 25, of Mount Sinai, was arrested in Northport on a charge of second-degree strangulation.
  • Aug. 26: Edward Rodgers, 40, of Yorktown Heights, was arrested in Melville on a charge of DWI: first offense.

  • Sept. 1: Jerome Rallo, 70, of Centereach, was arrested in Brentwood on a charge of first-degree criminal possession of a weapon: 10 or more firearms.
  • Sept. 1: Nicholas Rivera, 31, of North Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore on a charge of second-degree robbery: aided by another.
  • Sept. 1: Luis Morales, 33, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood on a charge of second-degree assault: intentionally cause physical injury to officer.
  • Aug. 31: Angel Garced Jr., 36, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood on a charge of second-degree conspiracy.
  • Aug. 28: Ramaul McKay, 25, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Brentwood on a charge of first-degree operate motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
  • Aug. 28: Kobeen Castillo-Orellana, 19, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore on two charges of fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000.
  • Aug. 27: Carlos Ortez-Benitez, 20, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 27: Marlon Pittman, 46, of Islip, was arrested in Bay Shore on charges of second-degree criminal possession of weapon: loaded firearm and second-degree criminal contempt: disobey court.
  • Aug. 27: Saul Bonilla, 39, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Brentwood on a charge of DWI: previous conviction in 10 years.

  • Sept. 1: Matthew Kalisky, 19, of Nesconset, was arrested in Nesconset on a charge of first-degree robbery: use of dangerous instrument.
  • Aug. 31: William Kolar Jr., 36, of West Islip, was arrested in Islandia on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 29: Gerald Reichenbach, 64, of Kings Park, was arrested in Kings Park on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 27: Dante Sasso, 51, of Smithtown, was arrested in Smithtown on a charge of first-degree operate motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
  • Aug. 26: Cindy Henits, 54, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Nesconset on a charge of DWI: first offense.

Fifth Precinct

  • Sept. 1: Arnold Foster, 31, of Centereach, was arrested in Yaphank on four charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: narcotic drug.
  • Aug. 31: William Lightner, 54, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 29: Max Serrano, 33, of Massapequa, was arrested in East Patchogue on a charge of DWI: two previous convictions in 10 years.
  • Aug. 28: Oscar Morales, 34, of Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 28: Eric Rubio, 27, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Holbrook on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 26: Kevin Rund, 43, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in North Bellport on a charge of DWI: previous conviction in 10 years.
  • Aug. 26: Elliot Abramson, 45, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on a charge of second-degree burglary: dwelling.

  • Sept. 1: Sammy Lachana, 40, of Richmond Hill, was arrested in Stony Brook on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 31: Rachelle Claudio, 36, of Sayville, was arrested in Holtsville on a charge of second-degree conspiracy.
  • Aug. 30: Barbara Owen, 37, of East Setauket, was arrested in Coram on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 29: Robert Gagatchian, 53, of Arnold, Maryland, was arrested in Farmingville on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 28: Michael Clanton, 60, of Selden, was arrested in Port Jefferson on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 28: Gustavo Rodriguez, 30, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Farmingville on a charge of DWI: first offense.
  • Aug. 28: Michael Wood, 45, of Selden, was arrested in Selden on a charge of first-degree sex abuse: victim under 13/defendant over 21.

  • Aug. 27: Anthony Kaporch, 35, of College Point, was arrested in Mastic on charges of first-degree operate motor vehicle impaired by drugs and operator leave scene of property damage accident.
  • Aug. 27: Amanda Verderosa, 34, of Shirley, was arrested in Shirley on a charge of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to sell.
