Yard Sale to Benefit Holtsville Family

Last year went through a battle with cancer and won. Now she wants to give back.

Her neighbor and close friend, Kevin Ulrich, has a heart condition called Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy, a thickening of the muscle in his heart.

According to Mullen, Ulrich will be having surgery soon and will be out of work.

Mullen, along with other neighbors, will be holding a giant yard sale with all proceeds going to the Ulrich family.

The sale will take place Saturday, Sept. 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with rain date scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 18. It will take place on Ann Lane in Holtsville at the dead end.
