- Parks After Dark Series are sizzling! There is a schedule of free movies for all ages in local parks throughout Suffolk County. Residents can visit www.suffolkcountyny.gov/movienight to check the schedule. So that you know, this event has seats available on a first-come basis. (Smithtown Matters)
- The Smithtown Historical Society announced the date for its annual Garden Party Brunch. The event is scheduled for Aug. 19 to support the animals living there.
