  1. Suffolk Police are searching for a man who stole a credit card outside the Speedway gas station at 5087 Jericho Turnpike. Later, the suspect used the card to purchase merchandise at the Home Depot at 5025 Jericho Turnpike. (Patch)
  2. The Good Steer American restaurant is saying farewell to the community after 65 years in business. Owner Robert McCarroll said it was a hard decision, but the company is now closed due to the high costs to keep the eatery going and fewer customers. (TBR News Media)
