Dunkin' And Baskin-Robbins Reopening In Smithtown With 'Next-Gen' Shop
Guests can claim a free coffee and donut on Thursday. The redesign features an innovative tap system, and soon, ordering kiosks.

SMITHTOWN, NY — A redesigned Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins is set to reopen in Smithtown on Thursday, according to a news release.
To celebrate the grand reopening at 235 W. Main Street, all guests can claim a free medium hot or iced coffee and a donut from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday.
Another Smithtown next-generation Dunkin' location previously reopened.

All guests will be able to spin a prize wheel to win free Dunkin’ merchandise during that time, while supplies last.
Dunkin’ franchisee Scott Campbell of Metro Franchising will commemorate the occasion with a $2,500 donation to the Association for Mental Health and Wellness. The Association for Mental Health and Wellness offers comprehensive services and advocacy that focuses on mental health as well as overall health and wellness for the Long Island region.

A check presentation and grand reopening ribbon-cutting ceremony are scheduled for 9:30 a.m.
The 1,200-square-foot Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins employs 15 crew members and is open daily from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m.

New premium pouring through an innovative tap system will allow Dunkin' to serve eight consistently cold beverages such as coffees, iced teas, cold brew coffee and nitro infused cold brew coffee. Crew members will also use top-quality flavor-maximizing espresso machines to make hand-crafted drinks to order.
Digital ordering kiosks are coming in the near future as well, according to the release.
An area will now be dedicated to mobile pickups, so that members of the Dunkin’ Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before.
The new Dunkin' will also save 25 percent more energy compared to a standard location, granting it status as a "DD Green Achievement™ restaurant."
