Dunkin' Donuts in St. James to Open Saturday

Construction on the soon-to-be and on Saturday the eatery will open its doors.

Customers will soon be able to get their fix of coffee and doughnuts at the 665 Middle Country Road location, a former vacant storefront. Owner G. Walia, who also owns the Dunkin' Donuts drive thru located at 731 Nesconset Highway in Smithtown next to , said the new location would be open seven days a week from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

Walia said many of her customers come from St. James and she wanted to open this new location to better serve them.

"I think I'm going to do well, it's going to be a community store, there's a lot of neighborhoods in the back and I know they like Dunkin' Donuts," Walia said. "I'll do well here."
