East, West Seniors Win Volunteer of the Year Awards

One senior from East and West were named Volunteer of the Year in the 2012 Prudential Spirit of Community Awards Program.
Paige Dowling of East and Carly Miller of West took home awards from the program, awards that aim to recognize the community service by today’s youth. Prudential Financial and the National Association of Secondary School Principals sponsored the program.
Kyle Stroveglia, Natalie Tomacheski and Noelle Eichenlaub of East and Natalie Minuto, Christian Grabowski and Christian Ladigoski of West, also received certificates of merit for their volunteer work within the community.

With the awards, both Dowling and Miller could now take home the New York State Youth Volunteer of the Year Award.
