SMITHTOWN, NY — News 12 TV meteorologist John Marshall visited Accompsett Elementary to teach students about all things weather-related on Tuesday, the Smithtown School District shared.

"When thunder roars, go indoors," Marshall told students.

Students were taught about different types of storms, clouds, and given an explanation on seasons. They even became weathercasters for the day.
