Mills Pond Students Of Smithtown Raise Money For Make-A-Wish Foundation

Students hosted a healthy snack sale and raised more than $400 to help children through Make-A-Wish Foundation.

SAINT JAMES, NY — Fourth grade students at Mills Pond Elementary School in Smithtown recently hosted a healthy snack sale and raised more than $400, the Smithtown School District announced.

Mills Pond Cares Club members sold Make-A-Wish artwork discs at their healthy snack sale and raised $474 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

A representative is set to visit the school in January to speak to the club about children who have benefited from the wishes.
