Nesconset Massage Parlor Raided: 2 Women Arrested, Police Say
Both women were charged with unauthorized practice of a profession as a felony, police say.
NESCONSET, NY — Two women were arrested during a massage parlor raid in Nesconset on Wednesday, Suffolk police said.
Fourth Precinct police personnel and Town of Smithtown officials, in response to community complaints, investigated Tao’s Foot Spa, at 279 Smithtown Blvd., Nesconset, police said.
Qiaolan Liu, 45, of South Setauket, was charged with unauthorized practice of a profession, a felony,
and prostitution, a misdemeanor, police said. Liying Han, 36, of Queens, was charged with unauthorized practice of a profession, police said.

The Town of Smithtown Fire Marshall and Building Department issued multiple violations to the
business and deemed the location unsafe for occupancy, police said.
Liu and Han were issued desk appearance tickets and are scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.
