  1. Nesconset's Spring Fling is Sunday, May 21. The Food Truck and Craft Fair event will be held in the Nesconset Gazebo Park from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. All are welcome to have fun and support the local vendors. (Arcadia Production)
  2. Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is to open a location in Commack. Based in Louisiana, the restaurant chain announced plans to open three locations on Long Island in 2025. The eatery wants to invest in the New York market with the first spot opening on Times Square this summer and following steps to Commack, Hauppauge, and East Meadow. (Patch)
