Obituary: Thomas A. Downs, of Smithtown, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 8. He was 81.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth as well as his children, Thomas (Bonnie), Pamela (Scott) Cordes, Bryan (Doreen), and Shawn (Debra).
