  3. A head-on collision in Northport injured two drivers on Thursday, July 28. Kenneth Gallagher, 24, crashed the Dodge Ram pickup truck he was driving on Fort Salonga Road into a box truck driven by a Hauppauge man. Gallagher was taken to Stony Brook Hospital, and the other driver was transported to Siena Hospital in Smithtown. Police are investigating the accident. (Daily Voice)
