  1. A pedestrian was critically injured while crossing Jericho Turnpike in Commack. Dennis Mahoney was hit by a Subaru on July 11 and transported to Stony Brook Hospital. Police are investigating the accident and asking anyone who witnessed it to call Second Squad at 631-854-8252. (TBR News Media)
